PIN authorization

For example, if you make a transfer in the application, we may ask you to confirm it with the PIN code – the same one you are using to log in the application.

How does it work?

  1. 1

When you make ordering in the mobile application, e.g. a transfer, we may ask you to authorize it with your PIN code.

  2. 2

If the details of your order match, enter the PIN - the same you log in to the application, and confirm the order.

  3. 3

    That's it.

Mobile authorisation

If you make your transfer through a computer, we may ask you to authorise it in the mobile app. This method of authorisation is possible if you use Moje ING mobile app.

What does mobile authentication consist of?

  1. 1

If you make your transfer through a computer, you may be asked to authorise it in the mobile app.

  2. 2

Log into the app. You will receive information with the transaction details.

  3. 3

If the transaction details are correct – just confirm it.

Why should you use it?

For comfort. Yoy don't need to wait for an SMS and don't use one time authorisation codes. You just login into a mobile app and authorise the transaction with single tap.

Authorisation with one time SMS code

The method enables authorisation of transfers made through a computer or mobile phone.

How does it work?

  1. 1

If you make a transfer through a computer or mobile phone, you may be asked to provide a SMS code.

The code is generated for one particular transaction and is valid for 3 minutes.

  2. 2

The code will be sent to a mobile phone number that was indicated in Moje ING.

Together with the code, you will receive information on the transfer’s amount and 2 first and 3 last digits of recipient account.

  3. 3

Check if the information is correct. Enter the code and confirm the translation. That's it.
