ING Bank Śląski works closely together with renown producers of the financial & accounting systems in order to ensure a complete synchronization of their technological solutions with our online banking system - ING BusinessOnLine.
Conformity certificate
Integration of the financial-accounting system with ING BusinessOnLine is done based on a partnership agreement. The conformity certificates are provided to solutions which have been prepared in accordance with Bank’s specifications.
A consensus certificate acts as a confirmation of the system-wide compatibility at a level which allows data transfers between the FK/ERP systems and ING BusinessOnLine to take place, in particular:
- electronic exchange of data files containing transfer orders such as domestic/ international transfers, tax payment orders, ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) transfers, as well as files in the form of MT940 or MT942 drawings,
- reports pertaining to account balance status and transactions performed on a bank account,
- option to exchange data using WebService.

The EasyBanking solution ensures full integration and enables online communication between the SAP financial software and ING BusinessOnLine in the Web Services as well as XML and ISO 20022. Data files are sent using the SSL protocol, which guarantees security and discretion of your transactions.
This solution belongs to BCC, which specializes in services related to SAP systems as well as is a strategic partner of SAP.

Comarch ERP Optima enables data exchange processes with ING BusinessOnLine with the help of an online service which operates based on the Comarch Data Connect 2.0 standard. This method of information exchange allows downloading of bank statements, bank balance information as well as transaction history information. Additionally using this solution you can automatically export transfer orders directly to and from the banking system without the need to do it manually. Also, for every outgoing transfer, you can download it’s status (it can be realized, rejected etc.). The data exchange between the software and the Bank is done with formost security and discretion.

System integration is provided by AMC Banking, which enables online communication between MicrosoftDynamics AX (ERP platform offered by Microsoft Business Solution) and the online banking platform of ING BusinessOnLine. Data is exchanged using the Web Service, XML and ISO20022 standards.

Hogart Banking for Infor FMS SunSystems provides a double-sided exchange of data (export of payment orders and import of bank abstracts) between General Ledger of the Infor FMS SunSystem and the online banking platform of ING BusinessOnLine.
The application consists of two modules:- Hogart Banking Payments for SunSystem (versions x5, x6) which is intended for preparing of payment orders based on data from General Ledger. This is done by creating a payment proposition, confirmation and aggregation of the payment pack as well as its export and storing.
- Hogart Banking Statements for SunSystem (versions x4, x5, x6) enables importing, processing, storing, saving and accounting of bank abstracts.

Bank Management Tool (BMT) is an application which facilitates data exchange processes between a firm’s ERP system and a bank’s online system, including that of ING BusinessOnLine. Data exchange is done by using online network service based on the ISO 20022 standard with the use of the SSL security protocol. Combining the BMT application with ING BusinessOnLine, among others, allows an easy export of money transfers via a multi-level authorization scheme, import of account abstracts, balance status abstracts as well as current exchange rate information. The application’s interface is made compatible with mobile devices.
